Product Manager
We are looking for a Product Manager with good taste, strong technical background, and a thoughtful, open approach to delighting customers and their end-users.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Run daily product management standups with engineering teams.
  • Solicit feedback from customers, end-users, and internal stakeholders to listen to their needs, understand business goals, align those two together.
  • Plan for and implement tooling required to accomplish product development goals.
  • Analyze data and research new technologies to help make metrics-driven decisions.
  • Take ownership of entire features from ideation to completion.
  • Determine and evaluate success metrics of a feature and constantly come up with ways to improve our products.
  • Collaborate with a talented team of designers, developers, and marketers to delight our users across every platform.
  • Help craft a launch plan for every new feature, gather feedback from users and impact our product roadmap.

  • Lead in the writing of general market facing, customer facing, and end-user facing emails, blog posts, tutorials, documentation, and product guides to ensure strong product adoption.
Application Requirements:
  • You are familiar with terms like SEO, i18n, MongoDB, AWS, TDD and other acronyms.
  • You must be able to communicate in English
  • Hands-on experience with agile development methodologies, collecting and reporting project progress to stakeholders - must demonstrate experience with Agile, SCRUM, and/or Kanban methodologies
  • Good understanding of the consumer web, startups, technology and the technical landscape.
  • Experience creating wireframes, mock-ups and writing technical specifications.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills (verbal & written).
